Cactus Gaming announces the appointment of Gustavo Coelho as the company's new Chief Business Officer (CBO). Previously Superintendent of Finance, the executive will now fully lead the Commercial, Business, and Customer and Provider Relations areas.
This decision reinforces Cactus' commitment to strengthening its corporate governance, accelerating the evolution of its portfolio of technological solutions, and consolidating its position as a national leader in B2B solutions for the sports betting and online gaming sector.
With over 25 years of experience in leadership positions in the automotive, financial, energy, and technology sectors, Gustavo has a solid track record in financial management, business development, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. His career includes stints at companies such as Nexia, Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, Stellantis (Fiat Chrysler), as well as roles as Financial Advisor and, most recently, as CFO of SUGOI Construtora, where he led projects in financial planning, fundraising, and investor relations.
Since joining Cactus four months ago, the executive has played a central role in the company's financial reorganization, structuring processes, implementing governance, and directly contributing to the consolidation of the foundations that support the company's current accelerated pace of expansion.
With his promotion to the position of CBO, Cactus reinforces its growth strategy in Brazil and internationally, prioritizing innovation, operational solidity, and strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and providers.
